Scaling up quantum technologies entails the challenge of developing large-scale and high-performance photonic networks. Engineering novel optical components, with a compact footprint advanced functionalities, might help addressing this by reducing size complexity Here, interference phenomena in Wilkinson power dividers (WPDs), popular element microwave networks, is investigated. It theoretically demonstrated that WPDs grant access to coherent perfect absorption (CPA) state transformations (single photon CPA, N00N states, two-photon nonlinear absorption, coherence squeezed light) CPA networks smaller reduced number elements. Additionally, it shown how WPD can be designed pure silicon-on-insulator platform taking advantage radiative losses. These findings represent an important step forward development
